CAR PARK AND STREET LIGHTING

We offer a full service covering all aspects of car park and street lighting including all cables and supplies.

We also do security lighting dusk presence detection , dusk till dawn lighting , path and bollard lighting.

We offer relamping and lamp replacement to high level lighting no matter of height. We have own own scissor lift. Past projects include Wickes , Travis Perkins , Schools , Rugby clubs and sports clubs.

LIGHTING DESIGNS

We work alongside all the major lighting manufacturers and can offer a full design service. Showing your new lighting levels , a room drawing and also energy calculations and savings if converting to led.

Both internal , external and street lighting and car park designs can be offered.

SERVICE CALL OUTS

We do weekly , monthly an yearly service call outs for a variety of customers including the following:

• Emergency Lighting testing
• Fire Alarm Testing
• Periodic and fixed wire testing both domestic and commercial
• Pat Testing
• Ventilation checks for care home

This can be a one of service or fixed agreement call for a no obligation quotation.

24/7 MAINTENANCE

We have various customers on fixed maintenance contracts from either 1 to 3 years. All have fixed call out rates and fixed hourly rates for both in and out of hours works.

Once on a contract we have an engineer available 24 hours a day 365 days a year covering all areas of the North from Berwick to Sheffield including Leeds Bradford area and Hull Grimsby areas.

We offer the following reactive times depending on your requirements once on a contract:

• 24 Hour Next Day Call out
• 48 Hour Call out
• 5 Working Days
• 10 Working days
